How to submit a Service cancellation request ?
Requirements
Have your login credentials ready to access your client area on https://ait.hosting.
Know which service you want to cancel.
Detailed steps
1. Log in to your client area
Go to https://ait.hosting/clientarea.php, enter your email address and password, then click Login.
2. Access your services
From the dashboard menu, click on My Services.
You will see a list of all your active services (web hosting, VPS, SSL, etc.).
3. Open the service details
Click on the service you want to cancel to view its details page.
4. Submit a cancellation request
On the service details page, open the menu at the top right (three small buttons), find the Request Cancellation option, and click on it.
5. Fill out the cancellation form
Choose the type of cancellation:

End of Billing Period (the service will remain active until the next due date).

Immediate (the service will be terminated right away).
You may also provide a reason for cancellation to help us improve our services (optional).
Click Submit or Send Request.
6. Confirm your cancellation
You will receive an email confirming that your cancellation request has been received.
You can also track this request from your client area, or under Support > My Tickets if follow-up is needed.
Important tips
Make sure to submit your cancellation request a few days before your renewal date to avoid being billed again.
